When will my order ship? What shipping services are used? Will I get tracking?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 6 business days. Packages are shipped using USPS domestic flat rate services. Priority shipping to the continental U.S. is recommended for a quicker more reliable tracking and delivery experience. An email confirmation will be sent after purchase. When the order has been shipped, a second email will be sent with the tracking and shipping information.
Where do you ship? Where is your location?
At this time, shipping is only offered within the United States as domestic transit (If you are in Canada, please use the contact form below for possible options). Buttercream Dolls is located in the U.S. Virgin Islands. There are no customs, tariffs or duties required for U.S. customers.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? What about cancellations?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the fragile nature of the products. If there are any concerns with your order such as defects, please make contact through email or the contact form below. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, but may require a 10% processing fee. There are no refunds for digital products or gift cards, which do not expire. What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, the payments accepted are most debit and credit cards that are processed within the PayPal payment processing system. Other payment methods will be offered in the near future.
What if my package is lost, damaged or stolen?

What scales are used for the miniatures? Are they good for children?
Buttercream Dolls offers several scales including 1:24, 1:12, 1:6 and 1:3 scales (1:24 and 1:3 will soon be available).
